Returns

All products (except stated) may be returned for merchandise credit within 25 days of purchase. The Customer is Responsible for shipping back the product. Please contact The Natural Toy Box at sales@thenaturaltoybox.com or (708) 357-0590 to make arrangements. If the return was an order of $75 or more and qualified for free shipping, the amount refunded will be less the actual, exact cost of free shipping. If the return is a partial order than the amount refunded will be the pro-rata share of the order's free shipping over $75 or more cost. This only applies to items that do not state "free shipping" within the item's description.

Returning a Damaged or Defective Item

Upon receipt of goods, please inspect your purchase. In the event of damage, please immediately contact The Natural Toy Box at (708) 357-0590 or sales@thenaturaltoybox.com.  We will coordinate damage claims with the transportation carrier.   Please retain all original packing and shipping materials, including the damaged part or product.  The carrier will reserve the right to inspect any reported damages.

*Knots is the wood will not be considered damaged or a defect.

*Please remember that most of our items are hand made and hand painted so there may some slight inconsistencies, No two items will be alike.

Returns on Personalized Items

Personalized items are custom made as per your specific information so they are NOT returnable. Please fill out all personalization information correctly. Returns on any personalized item will be made only if the mistake was the fault of the wood craftsmen. Please also note that personalized items can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered.

Shipping *International & Outside the Continental USA Shipments Do Not Qualify for Free Shipping*

All items are shipped USPS or UPS unless otherwise stated. We ship the products out within 1-4 days unless otherwise stated or the customer has selected next day delivery. Please call us at (708) 357-0590 to confirm that your next day delivery package can be shipped out the same day you ordered, especially if it is the weekend. We consider ourselves a "Green" store. Due to this, your purchase may be shipped in non-traditional recycled boxes donated to us. We also favor recycled shredded paper as shipping cushion.

We offer free shipping on most of our heavier items and free shipping for orders $75 or more sent either UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

**All items less than 50 lbs can be picked up in zip code 60154 and waived the shipping fee. The Natural Toy Box will also deliver products within a 3 mile radius of 60525 free of charge.**
